The database must meet the following needs. =>Ok. which version of Microsoft Access database you are currently using ? is that MS Access 2007 , MS Access 2010 or onward ?   2)1. Database must be accessible by more than 1 user at the same time via a local network( IE writeable and readable without user restriction) => 2 users con-currently is OK for MS Access, but for more number of users we recommend going MS SQL Server Express as back-end instead of MS Access. For 2 users as well , we will split database into front-end, back-end. So the data file is separated from front-end forms etc. For this you want a login form ? Because each your have an username and password to access the database. 3) 2. Customer fields including job type, previous jobs, Reminders, with printable labels and invoice. =>ok. These fields are satisfied for you or you may want to add any addition fields for a customer ? if you want to add an additional fields so please confirm it. 4) 3.
