Terms and Conditions
Once the project fee is paid in full to you, any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other information furnished to you for inclusion in the data provided are owned by you.
I, Brittani Deremo assume you have permission from the rightful owner to use any code, scripts, data, and reports provided by you for inclusion in its materials, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend myself from any claim or suit arising from the use of such work.
This agreement becomes effective only when signed by agents of your company and myself. Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement, your company agrees that for purposes of venue, this contract was entered into in California and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in California.
Payment must be delivered immediately for the first milestone, and remaining payment must be delivered upon completion of the project. This contract may be terminated with 2 days written notice by either party.
The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between your company and Brittani Deremo regarding all items included in this agreement.
