Custom Facebook Tab: Sun Zen

Creation of a custom iframe Facebook tab with forms, links, and images that mimic the client website. I need someone who is good with Photoshop, HTML, iframes, and Java in order to make sure this tab is of high quality and functional. I am including an image of what the client wants the tab to look like as well as how it will function. The person who works on this must be able to come up with creative and clean design ideas within a reasonable time period and also be able to take direction if the client doesn't like what is designed.
