Create a Facebook Advertisement Video

I need a video advertisement to run on Facebook. The video will run as an ad to encourage people to complete my survey on sustainable leadership in Australia. The video needs to be engaging, meet the Facebook standards and emphasise a few key points:
1. Survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete
2. Purpose is to understand leadership behaviours and environmental attitudes of leaders in corporate Australia
3. Can be completed anonymously - results are confidential
4. Needs to prominently display University logo and have similar look and feel to the university style guide
Most importantly, it must encourage people to click the link and complete the survey.
I will provide the university logo, images of the survey, sample of the advertising etc. I'll leave the rest up to you.
