i want an application on facebook that creates contests. 1. the user registers by uploading his image (jpg, png, gif), title (text), description (text); 2. mini menu (on top) - home, recent users (some kind of filter), most popular (filter - users that has the most votes) 3. Voter can vote by clicking "vote" button, automatic share on his wall 4. Voter can comment on every registered user's photo 5. Admin can add the rules of the contest. 6. Everybody who wants to vote / register / watch ... needs to like the page. I need to apply the application to another facebook page for the future.
