Advanced Flash Video preview application

We want to hire a skiled programer for participation on a bigger project. The first duttie would be to create an application to preview various clip cuts. Example: 1. Clip A / starttime 00:02 / endtime 00:06 2. Clip B / starttime 00:05 / endtime 00:09 3. Clip A / starttime 00:13 / endtime 00:17 3. Clip C / starttime 00:22 / endtime 00:26 When I choose the preview of the list I need to get continous preview of the short videos one after other acting as an one single video clip. The same idea should work for the audio part in the background too. The Flash application must be created in AS3 as a single AS file and have an interface for calling the preview off the clisp (we will discuss the format of such a method).
