Thanks for a detailed description of the requirements. I have worked out an action plan for smooth and quick execution of this project. Before I deliver you a sample I would like to submit you a guideline document for creation of the images. Once the document is finalized I would provide you a list of images that I would like to use for a particular region. If you have a preference for any particular place we can use it or we can proceed based on our visual discretion. As suggested by you we will develop the Photoshop templates and drop the images in each of the templates to create the final output. A final round of file optimization will be done before we deliver the files to you following the file naming convention provided by you. I feel we can do two regions in a day as we work on broadband. However the initial setup will consume a day or so before the actual production starts. I plan to refer to the tourism sites and books to identify the places of public interest to identify locations.
