creative designer needed for flash/gif banners

I am looking for someone to create some simple dynamic flash banners for financial website for the use of google adword. I need many banners (30+) but your bid should be for minimum 10 banners. The dynamic banners you produce must have text and images that can be changed or updated. banner can be in gif or flash format. size of banner should not be more than 45 kb. you should be creative, and u will be designing all banner according to our website need and work. You must be able to work fast. for example purpose we can provide some banner so that you cna see and come to know our requirement. You must show me examples of dynamic flash work you have done before. I'm not interested in your portfolio, just relevant links/work only.
