Adobe Flash/Flex GUI RIA Conceptualizer/Designer

I'm looking for a Flex GUI designer to help me do some sketches&screenshots of my RIA. You must be highly familiar with some of Flex's components, RIA look & feel, and corporate applications that connect to databases. Ideally you will have experience or know about how an e-commerce backend system works. The project flow will be as follow: I will submit to you a technical brief, including database field names, some of component needed, basic functionality, and navigation flow, and you will come up with a design using Photoshop (with layers). If you are familiar and can do it with Flash Catalyst, even better, as that will speedup things. Remember, this is a GUI designers job and not necessarily a actionscript3/mxml programming job. Someone else will be doing the programming, at least for now.
