create cartoon video animations commercial characters design

this job is to make: the first part of project is to create 9-10 superhero characters, a new marvel logo, an entire superhero team and brand, similar to marvel, the incredibles, dc comics, etc.. but i like more kiddish cartoony animations like disney.. i have attached a file of animation i am looking for the second part of the project is to create a video using the characters explaining internet marketing and marvel seo.. the video is needs to be a normal middle aged father trying on a house roof dressed as a sloppy santa trying to jump through a chimney and gets stuck.. then a few of our super heroes appear and the main superhero flys down to get the guy out.. in the background.. their will be commentary saying.. "you wouldn't try and pretend your santa would you? so why would you try to hire a phone company to build you a website?" Marvel Seo, the ad firm of the future.. you can add to the idea.. i need a long version and a short version as well one 2:00 minute version one 30 second version
