Adobe Captivate e-learning Designer and Developer

This is not a detailed job description, as this has not been finalised yet. I'm looking for an E-learning Developer with the following skills and experience: - Adobe Captivate development experience (or another SCORM / AICC compliant authoring tool) - Familar with e-learning techniques - Experience of e-learning course design (graphic design skills) - Experience of using storyboards / multimedia manuscripts - Experience of using content matrices - Preferably content writing experience Day / hourly rate yet to be confirmed. Estimated size of course is 50 screens, and could lead to other courses being created. I will need at least 3 examples of e-learning courses produced, and 2 references.
