Augmented Relaity Drum Kit

We are looking for a resource to develop an augmented reality experience for a proof of concept. We are interested in developing an augmented reality steel drum. See link [login to view URL] for example of AR drum kit. We want to utilize the same idea, but with one Caribbean Steel Drum instead of an entire kit. When the user interrupts the camera view of the marker with his hand, a different sound would emerge. This does not need to be incredibly polished from a design standpoint or branding standpoint. And the steel drum sounds do not need to be tuned accurately (but similar). Application should be web-based and not require any downloaded application. Freelancers should be able to show example of augmented reality project they've worked on. All source files/code will be required for project completion and must be commented in english.
