I'm looking to get a Windows Code Prompt box designed for a website . In this prompt box, a website visitor should be able to enter something into a field in order to access the next page. We want this prompt box to have a vintage windows feel. Below i've attached a picture of what i mean. The Box would Say "Code" and whatever the user enters should grants them access to the next page.
