Web Video -- Make Copy of Existing Online Video

Note: I have had trouble displaying this video in Firefox, but it displays fine in Internet Explorer. I had one copy but there is a high-pitched screech throughout it. Didn't know how to fix it, so hopefully someone here can help me. This should be very easy for someone who knows what they're doing. It's just that I don't have time to deal with it right now.
