Develop a literary app with ebook reader

It's a? French? literary app. Users can browse the? catalog? by author, collection or title. Each author has its own page with a twitter feed, a bio and some links. Books are downloaded to the user's library. Books can be shared, rated and commented. The app has its own reader, which can be configurated. There is also a central blog, which ideally is web-based.? ? ## Deliverables The app is free and all content is free to begin with. Part of the app could be web-based. I would like the app to be accessible from iphone, ipod, Ipad, android, at least.? I have made a mock-up of the app that I can share privately.
