Create graphic for install dialog and icon

We need a small, modern graphic for our installation dialog, and a new icon for an application. First the installation graphic: Our existing graphic, a small bmp file, is attached along with a screen shot of the dialog in which it is used. We have been using the same graphic for 5 years and need to upgrade to something that is simple but more modern and attractive. Also attached is a sample graphic from another installation program that we like. The sample is to give you an idea of the style we like. Please don't copy it - we have no rights to use it. If we did something similar to this, the arrows are going the wrong way for an installation program. We want this graphic to have a 3D look but be very simple. It needs to be the same size and format as the old one 122 x 262 bmp. We also need a new application icon. The old one is attached. All you really need to do is update this for the newer windows XP or Vista style. The app itself contains some reference books and provides statistical analysis. The existing icon is supposed to be a stack of books combined with a bar graph. I know it's not very good, but our users are used to it so don't make something totally different or we will lose the branding we have developed. We need a bmp the same size but would also like a vector graphic that we could use for other things where it would look good resized. Please be prepared to make several modifications of each of these graphics until we are happy with how they look. Make sure your bid allows for this. We don't have time to be too fussy but will probably ask for a few revisions. ## Deliverables 1) Graphic images in a format and size and resolution that can be used immediately for the purpose described. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
