Create 4 neutral looking illustrations based on 4 photos

Hi My name is Lloyd Burrell I would like you to reproduce each of the attached 4 photos (see file 10-04-2012 11-47-48 number 1) in an illustrated style - for an indication of the "illustrated style" I am looking for see the attached file "face". Ignore the "X" but I am wanting you to use a neutral face and body to depict the movements in the 4 photos. - the illustrations need to be simple, whats important are the movements, not the level of detail of the model - I would like them in jpg format - images need to be approx 210x190 in size (more wide than they are tall) This is part of a bigger job, if you do it well (nothing fancy needed) I will have more work for you.
