Create two simple images to be placed next to adsense

I need someone to create two images.
One image for the left side of a 336x280 adsense block. One image for the right.
These images should be coded to have a 336x280 adsense block placed in the middle to look like an American Flag.
You are responsible for coming up with the colors for the adsense, developing the code so they fit next to each other in [url removed, login to view] . This will replace the current 336x280 adsense ad.
