Design a brochure in MS Publisher - 1 Page back and front folded

I will give you the text to put into the brochure (1000 words), a link to a website that it should match with and where you can get the logo from and one picture that must be included. The brochure has to be one page back and front that folds into the middle to produce a 4 page brochure/booklet. You can use one of the free Publisher brochure templates on microsoft's website or you can make your own - up to you. You can pick the suitable stock images to use if any are needed. It just has to look professional - that's my only requirement. I will be available to edit down the text if it is too long in any parts. Please don't send me any comments without a bid - I don't have time for that. Bid or don't bid.
