create audio/text pop up box for website

Look at the website [[login to view URL]][1]. When home page opens, look just below the brown header a blue background box opens up and the text inside it read Why Do Most People Fail? and then you hear his voice over.? I want to create a box like this using hopefully my voice over.? I have already created the text and the layout.? I need someone to create the box, put in the text and somehow (if possible) apply my voice over with it.? I am building my site on Frontpage 2003 and I need to be able to some how put it into my site's home page. I hope this helps. Please let me know. On their home page? a blue background box opens up? just below the opening brown header that says The Jump Manual...? there is also a white color basketball player jumping inside the brown header.? Inside the blue? box it? starts with text that say Why Do Most People Fail? then more text under that and his voice over starts as soon as the box opens up. I want to create the same style of box and operates? just like it does on that site, but I want my own text put inside along with my voice over (if possible). I will need it to be put on my website that I am creating on Frontpage 2003. I want it to work just like the jumpmanual.com.?
