Amazon CreateSpace Book Cover creation PDF-jpg file editing

Please see attached marked up PDF file. High resolution image(s) will be provided. I need a simple book cover jpg file edited to deleted out the old publisher information & logo and add in the new publisher information. This job is for 1.5 hours and that is all. Simply edit the file. Make new files and your done! The front cover is perfect as is. The spine needs the logo removed and the width [url removed, login to view] back cover needs the logo removed and the bar-code removed. The back cover needs the identification number (ISBN) updated and the old publisher website removed. I need 2 prices added to the book (1 file will say $16.95 and the other file will say $24.95). Once the jgp files are updated then I also need a pdf created following the create space standards for a 152 page book found here: createspace.c o m /Products/Book/[url removed, login to view]
