Clean and Professional banner need ASAP

Hi Freelancers, We are looking for 100% professional banner designer having good experience with good overall feedback. Requirement:: We are going to start our online store built in Magento. And we require near about 20-25 clean, good looking, eye catcher professional banners. Dead Line:: We need those banners done immediately by next 7 days after selection. Budget :: We will be happy to pay USD 5 - USD 8 per banner as per your design and our choice. So best design will be paid out USD 8 per banner. But this will be on our board consideration. Conditions & Terms :: 1. We will not escrow money until we will be satisfied with the design. 2. We prefer designer from Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune as well as we also invite the designer from abroad. 3. You have to send us at least 5 of your best choice/designed samples with your bidding. 4. Access of our website will be provided to the winner of the project 5. On real life banner designing, you can select the background from your choice, but the product image should be used. Do not use any external product images which are not related with our online store. 6. No payment will be done on simple banners which we will reject. But you will get full payment for the banners we would like. 7. Must follow the deadline of the project. 8. We release payment once all the banners are done only. Do not ask for the payment meanwhile. But will escrow upon the selection of the banners. 9. Please Bid if you have enough time to work with us for long time.
