Custom Animated Smilies

I am in need of some custom emotions designs Not all need to be animated images but at least half do. All sizes of gif should end up as 18px by 18px but original photoshop or illustrator files should be bigger. This will be delivered in gif, psd or illustrator format. Gifs need to be small file sizes.
