Brochure re-design - provide a template in 2 sizes.

Hi. I'm a new business looking for someone to design for me two different sized brochures (DL and A4). I need two print ready templates created in Adobe InDesign or Photoshop but then the files handed over to me to input the images (smartobjects) / update as I like. Attached is a draft I've done that needs to be drastically improved (and made available in both sizes) with colour to grab the average persons attention as at present it is quite forgetable. [login to view URL] BROCHURE USES - Letterbox drops - ATTENTION GRABBING!!!!! (DL and A4) - Person to person. (DL and A4) - To slip in with products that I mail out to customers. Customers to use to spread the message (DL) - To leave with businesses that I canvas (A4) etc INSTRUCTIONS / DESIGN SPECS - I like the three colours used simply on a background on this: [login to view URL] but instead using the three colours of my logo ([login to view URL]) - You could even subtantially copy the above styles but the content areas need to be customised to feature roughly 50 / 50 between products and education (per my draft). - A4 size - I need to display six key products (At least 1 main image and parragraph each) with the rest being paragraphs about eductional material about radiation concerns (2-3 images). - DL size - 4 product images etc as per current example but only 2/3rds existing text space needed. - Products are attractive fashionable accessories and need to be displayed / framed in the brochure with a sense of style. - Laid out in a sensible way to present the main two aspects of the business - education and products - Attention grabbing headline and front display section that COMMANDS ATTENTION from quick glance. - Logo displayed clearly where appropriate. - Did I mention it needs to be ATTENTION GRABBING!!!!! :-) INPUTS - This is the old brochure... [login to view URL] - Images & text will be dummy only (template) and supplied updated by me in Indesign or photoshop after the job is handed over to me. OUTPUT 2 separate brochures in 2 sizes - layout requirements specified above. - One as a double sided DL (similar in content to draft provided by me) - The other in trifold landscape A4 (6 DL pages) Inside views as one sprawling A4 landscape colour filled page that overviews 6 main products with attractive pictures & descriptions plus also approximately 4-5 main educational paragraphs + a large headline. - Please supply to me as an Adobe In Design or photoshop file that I can edit and update as needed in the future. - I'm after a brochure draft that I can approve and give 1 or two lots of input into before getting back a final copy ready for the printers (appropriate size, colours & bleeds etc) - Smart objects please for easy updating.
