business cards design correction/improvement

I've tried designed my business card, that only proved I can't do graphic design. I have some idea for the card, a gimmick if you will. i will try to explain it although the easiest way to understand it would be to look at the attached "design". The card's aspect ratio is the golden ratio, the card is divided by perforation(a line of holes for ripping the paper) to a square and a(nother) golden rectangle witch is it self divided in the same way the remaining rectangle is then divide without perforation(just a printed line) and the divisions continue to form a golden spiral ([login to view URL]). All three parts of the card - those separated by perforation - contain the contact details but in a somewhat minimized fashion, that way the card can be split into smaller cards. I'll try to be flexible on the design style, but i do wish to keep the general concept (i.e. the golden spiral with perforation), and I prefer a simple clean design (if at all possible). I do respect an expert's opinion, and realize that any graphic designer - when it comes to graphic design - probably knows better then me, but i would like to stay close to the "design" I provided(again if at all possible) Note: the red lines in the attached image are NOT part of the design but marks for perforation. Note 2: in the attached image I've replaced my first name and last name with 'Name' and 'Lastnam', and my phone number with zeros as to not revile my contact information(Freelancer.com doesn't allow that), but they are roughly the same length. Note 3: the attached image was created in illustrator, if you take the job I'll send you the original *.AI file or any other format you request.
