CSS design Guru who is fast and loves designing

ongoing css work lots of hours, 6-7days a week, we're adding a mobile and tablet comparable interface to our chat app and need lots of help. we use staff tracking software so while clocked in working for us the work is exclusive, i.e. you can't do other work while on the clock with us, you can clock out to do other stuff but we need some commitment please. We are replacing the interface on an existing we app and need an intelligent well worked out logical flow to things. You will would with our php and technical guys and have the support you need for that side. You need to be awesome at design and a css pro who can hand code css3 like you're writing your name.
