Creation of Template packages and copywriting the content

This is a two part project: 1. Creation of 20 Template Packages with the opportunity to add 10 new packages each month for the next 12 months 2. Creation of great copy to go into the packages. Also the initial project is for 20 packages of content with the opportunity to create 10 new packages per month for the next 12 months. A template package should include the following: 1. Letterhead and Business card 2.3 or 4 part brochure to be printed 3. emailable online brochure and fact sheet 4. email template 5. landing page template All items within a template package must graphically coordinate. The templates once approved must be able to be uploaded into Four51 using Page Flex software All templates must be be designed so that our customers identity information can be easily uploaded into the Templates. Business backgroud we are a suite of sales tools for Independent Property and Casualty Insurance agencies. Thease templates and the content will be offered for use to all of the agents and the templates and the content will be used seperately. The templates and content must be UNIQUE and originally written -absolutely not copied from anywhere else - it should be completely re-composed pages to ensure that no duplicate content exists anywhere on the internet. The templates and content shouldn’t include content that is copyrighted or licensed from a 3rd party. Content must be well-written, engaging to the reader, and without factual [login to view URL] will be used in sales situation so it must include a headline that grabs your attention and a call to action. All templates should be very graphically original, must make a statement and sell the product. We stress quality and original graphics. The content should be SEO oriented. All templates and content will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. I will receive exclusive and complete copyrights of the graphics and copy upon payment. Time frame for completion of first 20– 3 weeks. The terms of the bid are the copy and the graphics my be bid seperately. Each bidder must submit 2 two template sets as examples. Your bid price should be broken down into a price per template set for the graphics and a seperate price for the content. If I like the winner work I will make it a monthly deal for the creation of the additional templates and copy.
