Design A Poster for College Campus

Here's where you come in:
Design a world class poster that will also appear to be as a Blockbuster Movie Poster. The background should be a college campus concourse or mall with students walking and mingling. Above will appear the building roof line, windows, etc..
This building will be imagined as the Dorm House where students live.
Using big block style letters will appear the words: "Dorm House" (with the "H" somehow following the castle-like roof line), and the word "Dollars" underneath using a dollar symbol for the "S" maybe and perhaps the "$" in the color of Gold, maybe... You decide.

This campaign has already been approved by a major University in the USA, and must be completed quickly in order to meet publishing deadlines.
The size of the printed poster will be 26" wide X 50" height.
More sizes may also be required.
Must be high resolution output file for screen printing, not for web.
More resolution sizes may also be required (for web).
Full color.
Collegiate block style letters for logo.
Call to action will be to go to the website.
Perhaps a white slate overlay for more verbiage about the product.
Must have experience.
