Design some Fashion

What I want to do is to initially start up a eCommerce retail store with imaginative designs of men’s and women’s’ apparel of my own brand. I am trying to seek talented graphic/fashion design artists that can utilize their creativity to provide drawings and tech sheets for me to review, and potentially forward to manufacturers for production. Clothing material, patterns, and fabric knowledge, along with innovative Pantone color usage is also a plus. In terms of design and products, I am initially looking for general women’s’ tops, shirts/blouses, sweaters, dresses and other casual apparel. For men’s clothing, I am looking for graphic/patterned t-shirts/V-necks, sweaters, casual shirts and flannels to start off with. I would like the designs to be similar to what Urban Outfitters, Forever21, H&M, Foreign Exchange, and Express carries, but not too identical. Variances and tweaks would is required, so I need designers that are highly imaginative. Unique styles of clothing slits, folding, shape/image patterns, ornament placement, and special style fittings would be bonus. I want to create a fashion retail store that’s a little more dynamic compared to the ones out there right now. I am looking for designs that somewhat diverges from the norm, but not too drastically. Target age group would be from 21-35 years of age.
