Hi There, I can do this project.I will create the map in ArcGIS and will use AutoCAD too. Hope you will define the POI, roads symbols as per your requirement. What i can understand is, once you provide the details of the city (coordinates, address etc) i need to extract the satellite images of that area and digitize. I can prepare it using ArcGis. You can choose the format of the output eg. PDF, or .EPS or .TIF. I have more then 20 years of experience in GIS and Digital Mapping and Remote Sensing too as a CONSULTANT.
