Design Enhancement Required for New Online Magazine 2

Looking for a highly experienced Indesign designer to improve the design and tidy up an online only magazine from an advanced draft to the first edition. Although this is a one-off project we will also be looking for someone to do regular ongoing work. The magazine is currently in a "flip-page format" and needs to have the design improved in Indesign and then resubmitted as a flip-page publication. The publication currently runs to 72 pages including dummy adverts but the font size is probably too small, especially for i-pads.

We are keen to appoint someone as soon as possible. If you are interested it would be helpful if you could show us what you can do by doing a quick redesign of the Rome dps which appears on numbered pages 20-21.
