CSX- Splash, Header, Banner graphcs

I am looking for someone who can make graphics for a new celebrity site I am finishing up. It is mature based, so if that is not your cup o' tea. Read no further. I need a splash, header, footer, and banners made for this site. They must be similar in concept to what you see on these links from my previous designer. I will provide you the images and basic general bullet points for the web site as needed for the graphics. From there you have to use your creative juices. You have some big shoes to fill as my previous designer could take the most basic pictures and bullet points and make me some very nice graphics in a couple of days. However, he has gotten so buried in some of his other, and own work that he simply can't keep up with the launch of new sites we have going on. Besides this site, I have some more we are working on, and completing not only in the next 15-60 days. But bigger projects through the rest of this year. So there is a lot of work I need done. It would be nice to find one good graphics artist to go along with my steady CSS guy, and programmer. But you have to be low maintenance and be able to impress me. **Do not send me your resumes.** I do not care about how many Indian, or Pakistani people you have in your "team", or office. I want to know you can do the work to spec, and deliver on time. I want to see examples of your work. I want to see good feedback scores. Also, I need most graphics turned around in short periods of time. If your deadlines are 15+ days, this is not a gig for you. We are a fast paced company, and you are obviously an important piece. I will end the auction, or bid process once I find someone I think can fill these shoes. I am looking for quality, no hassle work. If you can't commit, or keep up with this type of work, and time lines. **Do not bid on the project.** We have a lot of growth going on, and need people who we can hand the ball off to, and they run with it. We do not have to babysit them, nor keep on them about deadlines. I tell this to you upfront. ## Deliverables You must deliver ALL work product. This includes the PSD. Finally, you have to be available for minor modifications if need be. While normally more an issue on CSS. You never know.
