I am looking for an AMERICAN based designer for a start-up T-shirt company. I will need a logo and a care-tag created. Please, do not bid if you don't know or understand what care-tags are. Also, I want my design to be completely custom, I will not accept any clip art. I will need to see multiple concepts and will require multiple formats with varying alternations, like transparent PNG, PNG, TIFF and PSD all in 600 dpi, color and black and white.
