Conversion of Jpeg Images

I need to convert the images of 35 products. Each product will have 4 pics to be converted. 1 pic will be converted to longish rectangular size 3 pics will be converted to normal rectanglular size So this project will need cropping and resizing of roughly 35 x 4 = 140 pics. I have uploaded the [login to view URL] to show how the sizes will differ. I have also uploaded a sample picture itself. Bear in mind that as the pictures are to appear on the web, after processing they should be less than 50 kb each. It will be good if u can also do some masking to enhance the image as seen in the psd file...
