CorelDraw required from Photo

We have photo of an image which needs to be re-drawn in coreldraw to create a clean and crisp black/white image. There is some tect in the centre of the photo which needs to be removed and filled in with the underlying pattern. ## Deliverables The final image must be provided in pdf, jpg, png as well as the native coreldraw format. This is an urgent project. We require all the gold writing to be removed and the background is to be redrawn in black and white, with clear and straight lines. Converting the photo will no be satisfactory, the image will need to be redrawn from scratch.
