Create a Suite of Product Design Labels

I'm looking for an experienced and talented graphic designer with strong skills in photoshop and/or illustrator who can help me with the following graphic and product creation project:
* Four Different Product Lines w/ Graphic Creation for each
-> Logos and Product Label Template Design for each product able to print <will provide PDF template>
4-Part Project:
Part 1:
-Edit 48 different labels. Update the text and implement a new, updated logo for 48 labels for "product #1". The product name changed slightly...
-Need to update current brochures (3 total brochures and 2 posters) with the new company logo and enhanced graphics (that needs to be created/updated)
Sub-Project of Part 1:
-Enhancing and modifying current logo due to needed name change ..will provide detailed design ideas.. briefly mentioned above
Part 2:
- Create a new label for "Product #2 (this is an e-liquid product)" that will come in 5 flavors (5 different label variations)
- We need to create a logo and design for product name of "Product #2"
- Creating a custom 2-page front and back brochure detailing "Product #2" w/ new custom graphics that must be created
- Logo in trasparent PSD format for easy editing on our end
- Will send many purchased stock images to help in all designs..
Part 3:
- Create a label design (including the product logo) with 1-3 variations for "Product #3"
- This is similar to the above but a fresh new look and feel
- Will want design in fully editable PSD format
Part 4:
- Create a 2-part label (front & back) for an herbal supplement product in the health & wellness industry
- Will want design and creation in full editable PSD format
