Hello. I have a current logo, website header that I would like to have worked on. The website is called SeoFriendly.com. I am wanting to keep the major part of the design the same, just make it higher quality with the words and funny face not looking as fuzzy as it is right now. I also would like to have the funny face be animated where it actually blinks it's eye periodically and the eyeballs of the face actually follow your mouse when you move it. Also change the smaller wording to be Seo Services - Tips - Tricks - Advice - News (but staying under the [login to view URL] as it currently is and also having the reflection on the bottom as it currently is)

Would like to have this in bigger format like it is on the website and also have banners of this in different sizes for marketing as well.

Of course, if there are any other ideas you may have to "better" the design of the banner. logo, etc. I am always up for suggestions etc.

I prefer someone that can start working on this pretty quickly and understands what I am wanting in this post.
