Design a Logo

We're looking for an experienced graphic designer to create an image for our start-up company - "Arizona Substance Abuse & Psychiatric (ASAP) Treatment"; creating a clean and professional new image for our organization. Primarily, this will include defining our logo while also creating some basic templates with this new theme in mind (all under the stated budget). The new theme should be clean, simple, modern, cutting-edge and professional. Ideally, the chosen design will incorporate the colors in the flag for the State of Arizona, possibly images of the map outline of State of Arizona, images containing the concept of "ASAP" (as soon as possible) and the well known professional sign for psychology/psychiatry.
