cartoon graphics and layout

I require a layout for a game and also game characters (characters and some props) Graphics has to be like [login to view URL] my requirements are: 1) 1 main layout 2) 3-4 backgrounds 3) 10 characters 4) 5-6 props 5) 1 logo I would prefer someone who knows HTML-CSS to design the layouts for me. The work has to be started on 10th of March. After you complete the work, you need to provide the source files on delivery.
