I am looking for someone to develop an iPhone application (hopefully later to be brought to Android, but first things first). I will need some graphic design work to develop the logo/branding of the app. The app is simple. I need a play/stop button that plays and stops an audio file that I have (currently mp3 format). I need a splash screen when the app is run that shows the logo and also an instruction page. I'd like the app to be able to be run (the audio to be able to play), in the background and/or with the screen off. Not much more to it.
