ASP.NET & SQL Various Tasks

Various tasks on our ASP.NET 2.0 website using SQL 2005. Tasks include: 001: Make data entry columns visible and expand the county drop down menus. 002: Update the email process (HTML email list, click, auto create demo account, send receipt, remove from list, etc). 003: Fix scroll and black font issue. Project must be complete by Tuesday 4/15/2014 at 9am PST Please bid this job as a fixed fee and also account for any incidentals that may arise while developing our project. We will give the final approval on each aspect of this project, such as GUI functionality or other modifications. New additions must work and look good in Chrome & FireFox. We are usually available between 9am-6pm Mon-Fri PST (west coast USA) to answer question or to review tasks. While you are working, the programming manager will only have limited time for you. You are free to work your own times, but understand we are only available during those times. Work will be completed using our development server using a TeamViewer connection. You will work on our Development Server, but the final product must also work on our Live/Production Server.
