Build a Dialer similar to newfies-Dialer with social network integration

I'm looking to build Social Network Dialer with its Iphone, Android and BlackBerry App. Your idea can be base on something similar to newfies-dialer but it must have Customer, Agent and Admin designation. It will need to integrate with Asterisk and have its our payment gateway for payment ie paypal money booker etc with a payment API. Please in you architecture de-couple the app and document it.
