Build a PHP based jobsite with source encryption

Need a basic job website, in PHP, with the below given modules. The code should be in PHP encrypted. 1. Employer Module: - Employer can register an account with email id: - When the employer registers he gets an email to verify his account. - He can reload his password with forgot password link. - He can view resumes as per keyword and search criteria such as: For Example (More Fields will be given) a.) Sales Manger b) Work Experience c.) Age d.) Location e.) Expected Salary - He can place job offers and people with the keywords and the skill sets mentioned in the job offer get an email. For example, the employer puts a job posting for, "Marketing Executive", so this job posting will go to a candidate who is a marketing executive. - When he registers, he gets a free registration, where in he can see the resume details of the candidate including their photo, however, he cannot see their contact details such as address, contact number, email id, until he becomes a paid member. 2. Job Seeker Module: - Username will be a verfiable email: - Resume Fields can be given such as Name, DOB, Work Experience etc - Upload of personal pics in the Upload Picture field. 3. Admin Module: - Can view resumes and information of job seekers, can edit & delete information. Can delete account - Can view details of employers and activate paid membership and delete account. Can edit information about employers, can delete employer account. Let me know a minimum budget for this. Hosting and domain will be provided. source code: plain as well as encrypted will be required.
