Build Two Websites (duplicates with minor changes)

We are needing TWO new websites made for our company (one for carpet cleaning [Carpet Tech] and one for tile cleaning [Tile & Grout Tech]) - they will essentially be identical, only differing in content and logo so won't be much work once this first is done! We will be willing to pay $750 for both. We need them to be interactive, minimalistic and most of all - attract customers! IMPORTANT: Please read the following key factors and ensure that you include ALL of them in your design: Key factors to include: * Wordpress if possible or something similar so that we could easily edit in the future if needed * We love this website and would like something similar, especially the moving effects etc; [login to view URL] We would obviously need lots of alterations and changes so that it is tailored to our company. Follow the same set up/design (without all the small text in the middle - not necessary) - Images to be made relevant to company - Side menu not necessary - remove - List of services not required - make into images/buttons (like at bottom of page) to list our services (Carpet Tech - carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, mattress cleaning). Tile & Grout Tech will only be offering two services (tile & grout cleaning - tile & grout sealing) - Edit van to our company logo * Edit the 'glob with tree' image to make it stand out more with "ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS - SAFE FOR CHILDREN AND PETS" (this is a big selling point of our business so need it to stand out) * We would like to the whole page to take up the entire screen (so there is no scrolling up/down for info) so we need to keep the main home page minimal and succinct (limited scrolling if going a bit bigger) * Wide format * User Friendly * Easy to Navigate * Social media links in the following format ([login to view URL]) * Menu links/Tabs similar to ([login to view URL] - the tabs at the bottom) * Include buttons: - "I NEED A QUOTE!" or "RECEIVE A QUOTE NOW" (which will lead them to a quote submission form) - "HELP ME! Free advice" which will lead them to a text form which will go through to our email * Include our payment options at the bottom e.g. cash, cheque, visa, mastercard - Content details will be sent to you once job has been designated to you.
