Build a Website

We are currently looking for someone who can install wordpress on our servers and then upload and install a simple wordpress-theme, and customize it. After the installation we also need a signup box for our newsletter in the sidebar of our website. We have an account with an email marketing service provider to create this signup box, but the entire integration with thank/you pages and follow up auto responders must be handled by the right candidate. The right candidate must have sufficient knowledge about wordpress, CSS coding, HTML coding and must also be fluent in English. He must be reliable, professional and respond within some hours (on business days) If the right candidate does do a good job (stays within the agreed time frame and does not need more money to bring results), further work might be possible to customize the theme and design other websites.
