Build a Website

Hi, Please read this before bidding. NB: I will love to hire a Bangladeshi developer and I will put emphasis on low budget. So if you are a newbie in this sector then it will be good starting for you for a good review. I need a small website. I will provide domain and hosting so no issue with them. I just need the design with a user friendly c-panel so that I can operate the site smoothly. The main site will have 3 category: 1. Home 2. Exam preparation 3. Blog (a personal blog where I will be able to write blogs and visitors will be able to post their comments) Now Exam preparation part will have sub categories as like as: 1. Bangla 2. English 3. General knowledge 4. Maths (I will update contents for each of the subcategories regularly so you need to design it accordingly and I may need index system for that. Such as for Bangla subcategory there may be lots of pages as like as A, B, C, D, E etc... This will applicable for each of the subcategories) I may do seo in future for the site so you need to design this perfectly and lightly... NB: Now the most important part, I will love to hire a Bangladeshi developer and I will put emphasis on low budget.
