Build a Website -- 2

Hi there, I would like to duplicate the functionality of this website. The core thing now is to build a back end system and I prefer Bootstrap to do it. We will customize the front end but not much more. It will allow people to land on it and have a search and categories. And then the functionality will be very similar. I can deal with styling the pages and layout at another time but we can really just replicate this. It will be 100% password protected to view. I will need to add companies as it does as well as upload many in via a CSV file that I am creating now. On the back end I would like to be able to create tags at anytime.
