Build a event ticketing website

Looking to hire a web designer to create a ticketing and event solution website. Things I Require: - Checkout must work with paypal pro and [login to view URL] - PDF creation of tickets when purchased that can be emailed and scanned - Allow users to list their own events and sell tickets for them - Allow users to list re-saletickets - Paid and free events, with Multi tier pricing - Ability to choose amount of tickets for sale in each tier - Ability to charge a service fee on tickets (Ex. $1 flat and 5% of ticket price) - A good back end with statistics and event listing/setup parameters - Simple Refunding ability (payment and ticket removal, refund of all fees as well) - Waitlist (not mandatory) - Payment information in backend (Event Dashboard) which will show the status of your payments/tickets sold/etc. - Event payout to hosts, 2 days after the ends. - Attendee summary (Names, email addresses for everyone attending, exportable to Excel) - Orders report to view payment information and fees for all orders, as well as edit ticket orders for your event.
