Convert Existing Website to Wordpress Template

This project is to take an existing ecommerce website in html/asp format and use it to create a very similar graphic template in Wordpress. Here are some details
1. The new design will need to look very similar to the current design. We are trying to provide almost the exact same shopping experience, all the same elements on each page, etc - just updated to responsive/wordpress design that will look good on all screens.
2. I do not have the original PSD files, but I'm not sure they would be much use anyway. The logo might have to be recreated, but we would not not drastically change it.
3. Deliverables would include all psd graphics, and wordpress template which includes layouts for a home page, product page, informational page, shopping cart/checkout page.
5. This is not a programming project. I do not need plugins, shopping carts or anything like that installed or customized.
