I require a data entry form to create a contact, must be built inside yii framework. The database has been set up. I have already used gii to create the models and basic crud. I would like the contacts data entry form to be built. Probably will have two forms the first to capture the contact name and type and the 2nd form to capture more details eg phones, addresses, types etc. There are lookup tables for category, trades and related contacts.
